I am passionate about helping small/medium operations succeed because I have seen so many fail for completely avoidable reasons.

Most new businesses fail in the first five years. My clients do not. I support my clients throughout the year with that goal in mind.

Prior to establishing Focus On Your Vision, I shared the responsibilities of running another company – it was a busy, successful, family-owned and operated business that thrived for over 15 years. We sold that business when it was the right time in its lifecycle. The expertise gained running this successful business and keeping our family intact (!) contribute to why I am effective in understanding business operations and personnel dynamics.
