t was such a relief to find Leslie. I had been muddling through my own books for a little over a year, when I suddenly realized I was messing everything up! I contacted Leslie, she was available to talk to me by phone right away, clearly explained her services, pricing, and how she’d be able to help me after taking the time to ask questions and listen to my needs and information about my business and accounts. Incredible!!! It is so nice to talk to someone so knowledgeable about Quickbooks. Leslie understood my questions and was able to explain and help me clean up the problems. I am just sorry I did not know about her 4 years ago!! How many hours I have wasted talking to the 800 number and the CSR would not have a good explanation of what was accruing. Leslie cut to the chase and was able to identify and fix or explain the problem in a fraction of the time. Wonderful person. I look forward to working with her again.
