Incredible!!! It is so nice to talk to someone so knowledgeable about Quickbooks. Leslie understood my questions and was able to explain and help me clean up the problems. I am just sorry I did not know about her 4 years ago!! How many hours I have wasted talking to the 800 number and the CSR would not have a good explanation of what was accruing. Leslie cut to the chase and was able to identify and fix or explain the problem in a fraction of the time. Wonderful person. I look forward to working with her again.
